Title: NESHAP: Gasoline Distribution Area Source Standards 
Abstract: The Clean Air Act (CAA) includes two provisions--sections 112(c)(3) and 112(k)(3)(B)(ii)--that instruct us to identify and list source categories that contribute to the emissions of the 30 "listed" (or area source) Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAP), and that are, or will be, subject to standards under section 112 of the CAA. EPA listed "Gasoline Distribution Stage I" as a new area source category in the Integrated Urban Strategy for National Air Toxics Program (July 19, 1999, 40 FR 38706). Further, we agreed under a 2003 consent agreement to propose a rule for this area source category on or before October 31, 2006, and promulgate a final rule by December 20, 2007.
