Title: Public Transportation--Security Plan | |
Abstract: The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) will propose new regulations to enhance security in public transportation in accordance with section 1405 of the Implementing Recommendations of the 9/11 Commission Act of 2007. This rulemaking will propose general requirements to require public transportation agencies that the Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has determined are at high risk for terrorism to develop comprehensive security plans. Technical assistance and guidance will be provided to these agencies in preparing and implementing the security plans. | |
