Title: Development Work for Industry in NASA Wind Tunnels 
Abstract: The proposed modification and revision of 14 CFR chapter V, part 1210, will remove the current references to outdated, obsolete, and non-existent documents, policy, and processes, as well as remove references to specific wind tunnel facilities identified in Unitary Wind Tunnel Plan Act of 1949, broadening its applicability to cover all NASA aerospace RDT&E infrastructure. The modification of this document will directly address and facilitate NASA’s ability to meet two of the goals outlined in the National Aeronautics Research and Development Plan, Executive Order 13419, December 20, 2006.
