Title: ●Trade Adjustment Assistance for Farmers (TAA) 
Abstract: TAA provides free technical assistance, in the development of business plans, to producers of raw agricultural commodities, who have been adversely affected by import competition. The plans are to serve as a guide for adjusting their business operations to the new economic conditions. TAA also provides cash payments related to the development and implementation of an initial business plan and then a long-term business adjustment plans.
