Title: Enhanced Surveillance System 
Abstract: The Commission intends to solicit public comment with respect to its potential adoption of regulations that would identify the owners of transactions reported to the trade surveillance system. Such regulations could be adopted to enable trade practice and market surveillance staff to perform more timely and customized analysis of trading activity.
