Title: General Services Administration Acquisition Regulation (GSAR) Case 2006-G510; Rewrite of GSAR Part 504, Administrative Matters
Abstract: The GSA is proposing to amend the GSAR to update the text addressing GSAR part 504, Administrative Matters; subpart 504.4, Safeguarding Classified Information Within Industry; subpart 504.5, Electronic Commerce in Contracting; and subpart 504.6, Contract Reporting. GSA is also proposing to amend the GSAR by adding subpart 504.11, Central Contractor Registration, and subpart 504.13, Personal Identity Verification of Contractor Personnel. This is not a significant regulatory action and, therefore, it was not subject to review under section 6(b) of Executive Order 12866, Regulatory Planning and Review, dated September 30, 1993. This rule is not a major rule under 5 U.S.C. 804.
