Title: Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) State Plan Services Program (CMS-2249-F) 
Abstract: This rule amends the Medicaid regulations to define and describe the home-and community-based State plan services implementing section 1915(i) of the Social Security Act as added by section 6086 of the Deficit Reduction Act of 2005. This final rule also responds to public comments on the April 4, 2008, proposed rule that pertain to the provision of the HCBS benefit under the Medicaid State plan.
