Title: Revision of Regulations That Establish Prohibitions Under the Endangered Species Act for Captive-Bred Wildlife  
Abstract: We are proposing to amend our regulations that establish exemptions under the Endangered Species Act for captive-bred wildlife. This revision will consist of removing generic tigers (Panthera tigris) from 50 CFR 17.21(g)(6), resulting in this species being covered under the captive-bred wildlife regulations found at 50 CFR 17.21(g)(1)-(4).
