Title: ●Protection of Stratospheric Ozone: Extension of Global Laboratory and Analytical Use Exemption for Essential Class I Ozone Depleting Substances 
Abstract: This rule would extend the global laboratory and analytical use exemption for the production and import of Class I ozone depleting substances through December 31, 2014. This exemption currently expires December 31, 2011. This action is consistent with recent actions by the Parties to the Montreal Protocol.
