Title: Mass Transportation Benefit Program (MTBP)
Abstract: This rule establishes policy, assigns responsibilities, and sets procedural guidance consistent with the authority provided in DoD Directive 5124.02 for the administration and management of the MTBP as directed by 5 U.S.C. 7905 and Executive Order 13150. Non-appropriated Fund employees, interns, and summer hires are eligible to apply for this benefit.
