Abstract: This part establishes policy and responsibilities for addressing child abuse and domestic abuse through the Family Advocacy Program. It is DoD policy to promote public awareness about abuse, ensure restricted reporting of victims of abuse to advocates, and provide assessment, rehabilitation and treatment, including comprehensive abuser intervention, to persons alleged to have committed child abuse or domestic abuse consistent with published supporting FAP guidance. | |
