Title: Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps (JROTC) Program (DoDI 1205.13)
Abstract: This rule updates the policy, responsibilities, and procedures for the organization and administration of the Junior Reserve Officers'Training Corps (JROTC) program under 10 U.S.C. chapter 102. It is DoD policy to fund the JROTC program, which is intended to instill in students of American secondary educational institutions the following: (a) the value of citizenship, (b) service to the United States, (c) personal responsibility, and (d) a sense of accomplishment.
