Title: Covered Outpatient Drugs (CMS-2345-P) 
Abstract: This proposed rule would implement several provisions of the Affordable Care Act of 2010 that pertain to prescription drugs under the Medicaid program. It would revise the rebate formulas for covered outpatient drugs, revise the definition of average manufacturer price, and revise the Federal Upper Limits for multiple source drugs.
