Abstract: In a notice of proposed rulemaking, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) proposed a technical correction to the FEMA, Federal Insurance and Mitigation Administration, Standard Flood Insurance Policy regulations. In order to increase the clarity of one of the provisions of the Standard Flood Insurance Policy, FEMA is adding two unintentionally omitted words in this final rule. | |
