Abstract: This action relates to the confidentiality determinations for Greenhouse Gas Reporting Program data reporting elements categorized in the "Inputs to Equation" category. The proposal may suggest amendments to certain aspects of part 98. Any final amendments to part 98 would address comments received on the proposal as well as relevant comments received in response to the December 27, 2010, call for information on data elements used as inputs to emission equations.
