Title: Function and Reliability Testing for Turbine-powered Airplanes Less than 6,000 Pounds 
Abstract: This rulemaking would amend the flight test requirements to include function and reliability testing for turbine-powered airplanes that are less than 6,000 pounds. These requirements would address technological advancements in airplane structure, equipment and materials used in new airplanes. These requirements would ensure that the airplane and its components and equipment are reliable and function properly.
