Abstract: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) will add a new section to its adjudication regulations to establish temporary VA procedures for when claimants allege the submission of claim-related documents or evidence in support of a claim during the time period of April 14, 2007, through October 14, 2008, and such documents or evidence are not of record in the official VA file.
