Title: Small Business Jobs Act: Implementation of Conforming and Technical Amendments  
Abstract: This rule conforms various SBA rules to several recent amendments made by the Small Business Jobs Act for the 7(a), 504, Microloan, New Markets Venture Capital Company, SBA Secondary Market Guarantee Program for First Lien Position 504 Loan Pools, International Trade, and Disaster Assistance Programs. Among these changes are an increase in the loan size from $2 million to $5 million in the 7(a) loan program and an increase from $1.5 - $4.0 million to $5 - $5.5 million in the 504 loan program. Microloan loans to borrowers are increased from $35,000 to $50,000 and microloan loans to Intermediary lenders are increased from $3.5 million to $5 million. The new SBA Secondary Market Guarantee Program for First Lien Position 504 Loan Pools is extended from February 17, 2011, to September 24, 2012. Also, SBA is able to offer economic injury disaster loan (EIDL) assistance to small aquaculture businesses.
