Title: Small Business Jobs Act: Small Business Mentor-Protégé Programs 
Abstract: The U.S. Small Business Administration is proposing regulations to establish mentor-protégé programs for the Service Disabled Veteran-Owned, HUBZone, and Women-Owned Small Business Programs. These mentor-protégé programs will be comparable to the 8(a) Business Development mentor-protégé program set forth in 13 CFR part 124.
