Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Revising the Critical Habitat Designation for the Southwestern Willow Flycatcher 
Abstract: We are revising critical habitat for the southwestern willow flycatcher (Empidonax traillii extimus) under the Endangered Species Act. This bird species was listed as endangered on Feb. 27, 1995. The species occurs in riparian habitats in California, Utah, Nevada, Arizona, Colorado, and New Mexico.
