Title: Requirements for Long-Term Care Facilities: Hospice Services (CMS-3140-F) 
Abstract: This final rule establishes that long-term care facilities have an agreement with hospice agencies when hospice care is furnished in a long-term care facility. This will be a requirement to participate in the Medicare and Medicaid programs.
