Abstract: We will finalize our proposal to revise critical habitat for the southwestern willow flycatcher (Empidonax traillii extimus) under the Endangered Species Act. This bird species was listed as endangered on February 27, 1995. The species occurs in riparian habitats in California, Utah, Nevada, Arizona, Colorado, and New Mexico. | |
