Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Determinations for 15 Hawaii Big Island Species and Critical Habitat Designations for 3 Plant Species 
Abstract: We will make listing determinations for 13 plants and 2 invertebrates under the Endangered Species Act. These species occur in coastal and anchialine pool ecosystems; lowland dry, mesic, and wet ecosystems; montane dry, mesic, and wet ecosystems; and subalpine ecosystems on the Big Island of Hawaii. We will also make critical habitat designations for three plant species (two already-listed plants, and one of the new plant species for which we are making a listing determination).
