Title: ●Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing and Designating Critical Habitat; Implementing Changes to the Regulations for Impact Analyses and Exclusions From Critical Habitat
Abstract: We, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS), and the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) (collectively referred to as the "Services" or "we") will finalize a proposal to amend our regulations that implement the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended. We are taking this action to implement the February 28, 2012, Presidential Memorandum that directs us to take prompt steps to revise our regulations with regard to the timing of economic analyses for critical habitat designations.
