Title: Tonnage Regulations Amendments
Abstract: The Coast Guard proposes to amend its tonnage measurement regulations to codify relevant interpretations, reflect the statutory amendments made by the Coast Guard Authorization Act of 2010, and incorporate enhancements and administrative updates to tonnage requirements. These proposed changes would provide a stronger regulatory framework for consistent application of the Coast Guard's tonnage measurement regulations.
