Title: ●Electronic Signatures (E-Signatures) (RRR) 
Abstract: This rulemaking would incorporate the principles of FMCSA´s regulatory guidance concerning e-signatures by amending various sections of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSRs) to enable the use of e-signatures in support of electronic recordkeeping. This would provide significant paperwork reductions and be less burdensome to the motor carrier industry than the paper records the Agency currently requires.
