Title: Excepted Service, Career and Career-Conditional Employment, and Pathways Programs
Abstract: The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) will issue regulations based on Executive Order 13562, "Recruiting and Hiring Students and Recent Graduates" issued December 27, 2010. This Executive order establishes an Internship Program and a Recent Graduates Program that along with the current Presidential Management Fellows Program will be collectively known as the Pathways Programs. The Executive order also establishes a new excepted service Schedule D, in 5 CFR 213.
