Abstract: NMFS designates Middle Columbia River steelhead reintroduced into the upper Deschutes River basin in central Oregon, as a nonessential experimental population under section 10(j) of the Endangered Species Act. This nonessential experimental population designation will expire 12 years after returning steelhead adults are placed into the Upper Deschutes. | |
