Title: ●Exchanges: Additional Program Implementation (CMS-9957-P) 
Abstract: Under the Affordable Care Act, this proposed rule sets forth standards for agents, brokers, and qualified health plan (QHP) issuers in Federally-facilitated Exchanges (FFEs); State Exchanges; the Small Business Health Options Program (SHOP); risk adjustment, reinsurance, and risk corridors programs; advance payments of the premium tax credit (APTC); and cost-sharing reductions (CSRs). This proposed rule would also implement additional standards for enrollment in a QHP, the establishment and operation of the SHOP, cases related to QHPs and QHP issuers, the use of a standard health plan identifier for routing electronic enrollment and payment transactions, and standards for the use of HHS-approved survey vendors.
