Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Determination for the Bi-State Distinct Population Segment of the Greater Sage Grouse
Abstract: We will make a listing determination for the bi-State distinct population segment (DPS) of the greater sage grouse (Centrocercus urophasianus) pursuant to the Endangered Species Act. On March 23, 2010, we published a 12-month finding that the bi-State sage grouse constituted a valid DPS and initiated a status review (75 FR 13909). The range of the bi-State sage grouse is portions of western Nevada. We have a critical habitat proposal under 1018-AZ70.
