Title: Test Procedures for Microwave Ovens (Standby and Off Mode) 
Abstract: The Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 amends the Energy Policy and Conservation Act to require the test procedures for microwave ovens be amended to include standby mode and off mode energy consumption. The test procedure has been amended to include standby mode and off mode energy consumption using the most curent industry standard.
