Title: RFS Pathways II and Amendments to the Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS2) 
Abstract: EPA proposed to approve additional pathways under the Renewable Fuels Standard (RFS) program, including renewable diesel and naphtha from landfill biogas, electricity from landfill biogas, and advanced butanol. The proposal was developed in response to petitions from several companies planning to develop and commercially produce renewable fuels. As part of this action, EPA is also proposing a number of small technical changes to its RFS, ultra-low sulfur diesel (ULSD), and E15 misfueling mitigation programs in part to ease compliance burdens and improve implementation.
