Abstract: This final rule revises the Incentive Reward Program provisions and certain provider enrollment requirements. This rule increases the incentive for individuals to report fraud, improves CMS's ability to detect new fraud schemes, and helps to ensure that potentially fraudulent entities and individuals do not enroll in or maintain their enrollment in the Medicare program. | |
