Title: Migratory Birds; Guidance for Eagle Conservation Plans
Abstract: We are making available our Guidance for Eagle Conservation Plans Associated with the Potential Take of Eagles: Module 1--Wind Energy Development. This guidance provides an iterative process for developers to use to avoid and minimize negative effects on eagles and their habitats resulting from the construction, operation, and maintenance of land-based wind energy facilities in the United States.
