Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing and Designating Critical Habitat; Revisions to the Regulations for Impact Analyses of Critical Habitat  
Abstract: Under a joint rulemaking, the FWS and NMFS will finalize the regulations at 50 CFR 424.19, which pertain to impact analyses of critical habitat designations. This final regulation change is the result of the February 28, 2012, Presidential memo directing the Secretary of the Interior to revise regulations pertaining to the timing of the economic analysis of a designation of critical habitat.
