Title: Implementation Rule for 2012 PM2.5 NAAQS 
Abstract: This proposed rule will address a range of implementation requirements for the 2012 National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) for PM2.5. The requirements expected to be addressed in this rule include the timing of State Implementation Plan submissions, the attainment deadlines for areas designated nonattainment, PM2.5 precursor policies, and requirements pertaining to attainment demonstrations, emission inventories, reasonably available control technology, reasonably available control measures, best available control measures, reasonable further progress, mid-course reviews, and contingency measures.
