Title: CY 2015 Changes to the End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) Prospective Payment System and Quality Incentive Program (CMS-1614-P) 
Abstract: This annual proposed rule would update the bundled payment system for ESRD facilities by January 1, 2015. The rule would also update the quality incentives in the ESRD program. Additionally, this rule would include the proposed methodology for making national price adjustments for certain items and services based on information from the durable medical equipment, prosthetics, orthotics, and supplies (DMEPOS) competitive bidding program.
