Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Determination for the Bi-State Distinct Population Segment of the Greater Sage Grouse 
Abstract: On October 28, 2013, FWS proposed to list the bi-state distinct population segment (DPS) of the greater sage-grouse as a threatened species under the ESA, with a special rule. In this action, the FWS will make a final listing determination for the species. The range of the bi-State sage grouse is in portions of western Nevada. FWS addresses critical habitat under RIN 1018-AZ70.
