| Abstract: The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) plans to revise 49 CFR part 803, which contains regulations concerning use of the NTSB's official seal on records and items. The NTSB's proposed revisions will update various terms and other outdated information. The NTSB's notice for revising part 803 follows a notice the NTSB published in the Federal Register in June 2012, which indicated the NTSB would review all NTSB regulations and amend them to ensure they are up-to-date, in accordance with Executive Orders 13563 and 13579. | |
