Title: Skilled Nursing Facility Required Disclosure of Ownership (CMS-6008-F) 
Abstract:

This final rule establishes the requirements for disclosure of skilled nursing facilities' ownership and other disclosable parties. These requirements were initially proposed in the Fiscal Year 2012, Skilled Nursing Facility prospective payment system proposed rule published on May 6, 2011.
