Title: 2014 Edition, Release 2 Electronic Health Record (EHR) Certification Criteria and the ONC HIT Certification Program; Regulatory Flexibilities, Improvements, and Enhanced Health Information Exchange 
Abstract: The 2015 Edition EHR certification criteria would be voluntary for the purposes of meeting the Certified EHR Technology definition and for use under the Medicare and Medicaid EHR Incentive Programs. The 2015 Edition EHR certification criteria and related proposals would increase certification flexibility while providing enhanced capabilities that would improve the interoperability of EHR technology and other health information technology.
