Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Critical Habitat Designation for Three Sierra Amphibians 
Abstract: FWS will, if determined prudent and determinable, designate critical habitat for the Sierra Nevada yellow-legged frog, the northern DPS of the mountain yellow-legged frog, and the Yosemite toad. In total, critical habitat is being designated for the Sierra Nevada yellow-legged frog across 16 California counties; for the northern DPS of the mountain yellow-legged frog across 2 California counties; and for the Yosemite toad across 7 California counties. There is significant overlap in the covered area for these three species. Final listing is under RIN 1018-AZ21.
