Abstract: FWS will, if determined to be prudent and determinable, designate critical habitat for the bi-state distinct population segment (DPS) of the greater sage grouse, pursuant to the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended. FWS is developing a listing determination for the bi-State DPS of the greater sage grouse as a separate rulemaking action (see RIN 1018-AY10). This DPS occurs in California and Nevada. | |
