Title: ●Revisions to the Export Administration Regulations (EAR): Harmonization of the Destination Control Statements 
Abstract: This rule revises the destination control statement in 758.6 of the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) (15 CFR 730-774) to harmonize the statement required for the export of items subject to the EAR with the destination control statement in 123.9(b)(1) of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) (22 CFR 120-130). This rule is published in conjunction with the publication of a Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls rule revising 123.9(b)(1) of the ITAR.USML Category XV to control those articles the President has determined warrant control on the USML. Both proposed rules being published today by the Departments of Commerce and State, are part of the Presidents Export Control Reform Initiative. The rule is also part of Commerces retrospective regulatory review plan under Executive Order 13563 (see the SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION for availability of the plan).
