Abstract:

HHS is amending its Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) supplement--the HHS Acquisition Regulation (HHSAR)--in its entirety to remove internal procedural matters which are non-regulatory and to update and to incorporate new policy and correct or clarify existing policy.
