Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Critical Habitat Designation for the Bi-State Distinct Population Segment of the Greater Sage-Grouse 
Abstract:

We will, if the species is found to warrant listing and if it is determined to be prudent and determinable, designate critical habitat for the bi-state distinct population segment (DPS) of the greater sage-grouse, pursuant to the Endangered Species Act. The listing determination is addressed as a separate rulemaking action (see RIN 1018-AY10). This DPS occurs in California and Nevada.
