Title: Implementation of Executive Order 13672 Prohibiting Discrimination Based on Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity by Contractors and Subcontractors 
Abstract:

The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) is publishing revisions to the regulations implementing Executive Order (EO) 11246, as amended, in accordance with Executive Order (EO) 13672, which was signed by President Barack Obama on July 21, 2014.  EO 13672 amends EO 11246, which currently prohibits discrimination and requires affirmative action by Federal contractors and subcontractors to ensure equal employment opportunity on the bases of race, color, religion, sex, and national origin, by adding the bases of "sexual orientation" and "gender identity."
