Title: Chartering and Field of Membership Manual--Associational Common Bond 
Abstract:

NCUA proposed to amend the associational common bond provisions of its chartering and field of membership rules in May 2014 to ensure compliance with membership requirements for associations and to provide some regulatory relief. The comment period on that proposal closed June 30, 2014. NCUA has considered the public comments and is proceeding to finalize the rule.
