Abstract: This framework adjustment to the 2006 Consolidated Atlantic Highly Migratory Species Fishery Management Plan implemented recent recommendations by the International Commission for the Conservation of Atlantic Tunas that pertain to transfers at sea, international port inspection, and vessel identification. The purpose of this rule was to facilitate international monitoring, compliance, and surveillance measures for Atlantic Highly Migratory Species. | |
