Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Determination for the Kentucky Arrow Darter 
Abstract:

We will make a determination regarding listing the Kentucky arrow darter (Etheostoma sagittal ssp. spilotum) under the Endangered Species Act (ESA). This small fish occurs in the Cumberland River Basin of Kentucky and is a current candidate for listing under the ESA. We will, if deemed prudent and determinable, make a determination to designate critical habitat for the Kentucky arrow darter under RIN 1018-BB05.
